1st Amendment Poster
With a partner, create a 1st Amendment Poster. Come see Mr. Alesch for the poster board. You must include all of the following on your poster...
The First Amendment written out: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Pictures that represent each of the five rights: You must have 1 picture for each of the five rights that is an example of people exercising that right. Underneath the picture you need to label what right is being exercised. (Example: for freedom of religion; a picture of people attending church with "Freedom of Religion" written underneath)
Quality Design and Layout: Your poster needs to be colorful and have a professional looking lay out. Text needs to be neatly written and easy to read.
Names of both partners written on back: Make sure both names are written on back and turn into me. You have 3 Days to work on these posters. They are due before you leave on Wednesday.
