My Favorite Activity PowerPoint

1.    Make a presentation informing people of your favorite activity.

2.    Include at least 7 slides.

1.    Slide 1 – Title “My Favorite Activity”

    Subtitle “(What activity is) by Your Name”

2.    Slide 2 - Info about activity

3.    Slide 3 - Info about activity

4.    Slide 4 - Info about activity

5.    Slide 5 - Info about you doing activity. (why, how long, where, clubs, etc.)

6.    Slide 6 - How to get started in activity.

7.    Slide 7 – Internet sites about the activity

3.    Must include at least 1 picture per slide.

4.    Background that enhances your presentation (To create your own background - click on > Format > Background) You may not use one of the pre-designed templates.

5.    Transitions from slide to slide

6.    Animation On at least 3 slides

7. Save the PowerPoint as "favorite activity LastName" in your my documents folder.

HOW TO SECTION
Try some of these tricks to make your PowerPoint look as best as it can.

1. Put a picture as a background of a slide.
   a. Find a picture on the internet and save it to your computer.
   b. Click Format > Background
   c. Click the arrow next to the background color and choose Fill Effects.
   d. Click the picture tab > select picture.
   e. Find your picture and then press insert and then ok.
    

2. Change the color of a Place Holder (the square that you are typing your text into)
   a. Right click on the line of the box that you want to change.
   b. Click on Format Place Holder
   c. Click the arrow next to the fill color and choose the color or effect that you want.
   d. Slide the Transparency Bar left or right to make the background color of the box more see through or less see through.
   e. Change the line color box to the color and style you want it to be.
    

3. Use Word Art for the Titles
   a. You can use word art for your titles just like you did in the flyer by clicking Insert > Picture > Word art.
