Start Wonders

Today you are going to start your 7 Wonders Web Site.

To begin open your Web Site and complete the following steps.

1. Go to your navigation view.
2. Right click on your home page and then click Delete.
3. When the delete pages window opens up choose the circle in front of "Delete this page and all the pages below it from the Web" (See Picture Below)
   
4. Click "Yes" in the Verification window pops up.
5. Click the plus sign in front of your images folder so that you can see all of the pictures saved in it.
6. Right click on each picture and select Delete. (See picture below)
   
7. Go to this website and choose which set of 7 wonders you want to do your website about.
8. Once you have choosen which set of 7 wonders you want to do you site on, set up the structure in the navigation view. Yours should look something like the picture below. THIS STRUCTURE IS FOR THE 7 "Wonders of the Medevil Mind"
   
9. On each page add a Custom Page Banner. To do so complete the following steps.
   a. Go to the website: http://www.flamingtext.com/
   b. Click on the "Headings" Link.
   c. Browse through the different heading styles on the right side of the page and choose one you like.
   d. To create your banner, type the title of your page in the text string box, choose all of the color settings you would like and then press create logo.
   e. The computer will create your banner (NOTE: this may take several minutes to finish)
   f. Once your banner is finished you can put it into your page just like any other picture. So right click > save picture > then insert picture from file onto your page
10. Finally, add a background color to each page if you would like a colored background. To do so...
    a. click > Format > Theme > choose (No Theme) > click the circle apply to all pages > click OK.
    b. click Format > Background
    c. change the Background color box from automatic to the color you would like to use.
